Meet Your Healthcare Providers

the Morter Family

Choosing who you trust with your care matters.

We’re here to listen, take our time, and support you in a way that feels thoughtful and personal—not rushed or one-size-fits-all.

We’re Dr. Lauren and Dr. Russell Morter, a husband-and-wife chiropractic team serving families in Northwest Arkansas.

We’ve been caring for our community since 2013, with a focus on pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric care.

Dr. Russell T. Morter, D.C.

Dr. Russell focuses on helping patients release patterns of stress and tension that can affect how the body functions day to day.

His work supports both physical and emotional balance, helping patients feel more like themselves again.

Dr. Russell grew up around chiropractic and the Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.), learning early on how the body can heal and adapt when given the right support. As the 13th chiropractor in his family, he brings both experience and a deep respect for this work into his care.

Dr. Russell earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, TX, along with degrees in Anatomy & Physiology and Health & Wellness.

He is a Master Practitioner of the Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique, developed by his grandfather, Dr. M.T. Morter Jr., and also uses a variety of chiropractic approaches to meet each patient’s individual needs.

He enjoys helping patients better understand their bodies, feel more at ease, and build a healthier, more sustainable way of living.

Dr. Russell is proud to serve the community he grew up in here in Rogers, Arkansas.  Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors in Northwest Arkansas.

Dr. Lauren Newton Morter, D.C.

Dr. Lauren focuses on caring for women through pregnancy and postpartum, as well as infants and children.

Her approach is gentle, specific, and centered around helping the body function and adapt more easily, especially during times of change.

She has a special interest in supporting mothers through pregnancy, preparing the body for birth, and helping both mom and baby adjust more comfortably after delivery.

Dr. Lauren earned her degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences from Texas Tech University before continuing her education at Parker University College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX.

Her path into chiropractic began after working in a chiropractic office and experiencing firsthand how much the body can change and heal with the right kind of support.

She is a supporting member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, Webster Technique Certified, and has training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), as well as certification in BodyAwake Yoga, which she uses to support movement, stability, and recovery during pregnancy and postpartum.

Dr. Lauren is passionate about caring for mothers and children and the long-term impact that early support can have on overall health and development.
