Your first visit is about getting to know you and what’s been going on.

We’ll talk through your history, how you’ve been feeling, and what your body is dealing with right now. From there, we’ll walk you through what we’re seeing and what care could look like.

Care is gentle, specific, and based on what your body needs.

You won’t be rushed, and you’ll have time to ask questions.

If you’re coming in with your baby or kids, they are always welcome. Feed them, hold them, take your time.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming in.
